Westin Yankee Trader Resort is a Falkanger Architects-designed renovation featuring Poma custom horizontal railing and custom parking structure facade.
Prior to the restoration of this structure, what are now sliding glass doors were fixed windows. After major restoration commenced, the balcony sliding doors were only permitted to open 4” or less because there was no guardrail or balcony. Poma was able to design and provide a system that could be face-mounted acting as a functional guardrail while allowing the balcony doors to be fully operable.
