Glass Guardrail Modernization in Highland Beach
Villa Nova is a luxury condominium in Highland Beach, Florida. The residential oceanfront property underwent renovations to improve the aesthetics and longevity of the railing system throughout the tower.
Poma was responsible for modernizing the original picket railing to hybrid glass/lateral railing with radius corner balcony configurations. This design has been displayed by Poma on several projects throughout the years when there is a concern with glass railings reducing airflow. In those cases, Poma creatively and seamlessly designs a lateral railing system to promote cross wind ventilation. This spectacular railing was also outfitted with Poma’s patented anchor pin railing system to ensure years of structural integrity.
