Solitair Brickell in Miami
Custom guardrails and facade for new construction
Solitair Brickell is a residential condo project designed by ADD/Stantec, developed by ZOM Living, and built by Balfour Beatty. Poma Architectural Metals provided the custom guardrail system and metal facade. The new construction project features a custom facade by Poma, as well as custom glass and metal railing throughout the residences. Poma was also responsible for the custom mechanical covering/facade which crowns the building’s top.
Solitair features a unique facade made using alternating glass and concrete balconies which references an argyle or diamond pattern. The building is located in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida and contains 420 units, standing 555 feet (169 m) high.
