Located at “the gateway” to Coral Gables, this massive development encompasses 3 city blocks along US1: 105,000 SF of highly visible retail, 478,000 SF of multifamily inventory (~504 units), and a parking garage with ~968 spaces.
Poma provided turn-key metal fabrication and installation of (50) massive arched-top, sight-proof louvers, measuring 24′-8″wide by 35′-0″tall each, and dual layer sight proof eggcrate grilles, surrounding the project garages! Poma also fabricated 3 massive trellis systems over the amenity areas with painted aluminum rafter and beams measuring 8″x16″ in size; far beyond the typical extruded aluminum shapes. The project also features 2 varieties of decorative picket railings at the building’s pool decks and residential balconies.
The project improves the area under the Metrorail (the “underline”) with garden areas and biking/running/walking paths, which will benefit both project residents and Coral Gables.
